The detox juice cleanse has become very popular as an easier way to consume lots of nutrients without having to eat lots of whole fruits and vegetables. Especially now- during summer when our gardens and even stores have veggies and fruits filled with tons of vitamins.
Here are my top 5 juice recipes which I tried and loved all of them!
1. Green Energizer
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 Cucumbers
- 6 Celery Stalks
- 2 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 1 inch Ginger
2. Beyond Orange
- 8 Carrots
- 2 Apples (I recommend Red Delicious or Gala)
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 inch Turmeric (if using powdered use 1 tsp.)
3. Purple Boost
- two cups Purple Cabbage
- 2 cups Red Grapes
- two Celery Stalks
- 2 Pears
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 lemon
A great way to get back to eating after a juice cleanse and don’t burden your digestion is slowly adding fruits and vegetables to your diet in their natural form. This is a great book which has tons of fruit recipes, so you’ll never become bored of it.
4. Yellow Superhero
- 2 Yellow Bell Peppers
- 2 Golden Delicious Apples
- 1 Rutabaga (Swede)
- a Pear
- 1 Lemon
- 2 inches of Ginger
5. Pink Power
- 2 Apples
- 2 Beets
- 1 Carrot
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 1/2 Lemon

Try out any of these recipes because I guarantee you that they are tasty. As a result, you’ll certainly feel better. My favorites of these both are Beyond Orange and Pink Power. It’s good to have a juice detox every once in a while. Specifically, I do a juice cleanse every 2 months.
